The location is 25 minutes from the city center, and the public buses can get overcrowded, making travel a bit tedious. Inside, the carpets show their age, with some areas worn and lacking the cleanliness expected. The card key system in our room had masking tape over it, and many of the fixtures, like the lighting and outlets, felt outdated and in need of attention. The bathrooms had tiny, outdated showers with flimsy towels that weren’t great for drying off after, which made the overall experience less than ideal. Plus, be prepared for unexpected city taxes at checkout. it felt a little sneaky not to be told upfront.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist! Our room was clean, and the location was perfect next to the bus stop that takes you straight to the city center pretty quickly! Breakfast was pretty basic but usable for our short stay!

Our quadruple room was really spacious, which was perfect for our family. The beds comfy and the room had separate areas for everyone. The breakfast had a nice variety, especially with freshly baked bread every morning! The staff were nice and even provided bottled water each day. But a bit of travel to the city center because it’s outside. A few things were a bit worn, but overall, a comfortable stay.

The hotel's proximity to the highway made it ideal for short trips to Azienda Agricola Martelli Winery. Just a heads up, the bus to the city center can be crowded during peak hours, so plan accordingly!

One downside was the uncomfortable bed. it was a bit of a struggle to get a good night's sleep. Would be better if the bedding situation improved.
